My stay at the hotel was quite satisfactory. The rooms were clean and comfortable despite a slight cigarette smell in the smoking-free room. The beds were super cozy, although there wasn't anything extraordinary for kids. However, the cleanliness fell a bit short of expectations.

My stay at the hotel was just perfect for us. The rooms were comfortable and nice, but not really clean as expected. The cleanliness issue extended to dirty toilets and even the coffee spoons were leftover from previous users. However, the bed was comfy, and I particularly liked the attentive service of ensuring toilet paper was restocked promptly.
